Best mountain bike bag I have ever owned! Spacious enough for a full face helmet, pads and all accessories. Even room for tools! Highly recommend!

This is such a great bag. I use it every 1-2 weeks for both quick day trips and extended multi-day trips. It’s laid out perfectly for my helmet, shoes, a bunch of tools and gear and whatever else I might need. I’ve seriously loaded this thing up and always had plenty if room for all. My only ask/suggestion is perhaps a contrasting color for the liner. I have the black bag and a lot of my cycling accessories are also black. It can be tough to find that one arm warmer I’m looking for without taking it all apart. Silly little gripe really cause this bag is AWESOME!

Perfect to hold all my gear for mountian biking with plenty of space and pockets. If I were to change anything it would be the how the zippers come down so low across the front of the bag. Needs to be higher or just straight across the top (maybe with a side pouch). Besides that it does the job.

Extremely high quality stitching, plenty of dividers and pockets for helmet, shoes, tools etc. it has the roll out mat for changing, and it’s not so big as to dominate my storage space.

I will start by saying that this is mainly a comparison between this bag and the competition... because long was my debate between the Thule bag and this one. The Thule has a lot more reviews even though it is more expensive and has 15 liters less space, which was a complaint in one of the YouTube reviews that I was able to find (granted I have no idea how many liters I need, so the number was irrelevant to me). I decided to go for this once, considering I have other Dakine products and they have proven to me to have good quality and great functionality. I will start by saying that size matters. 15 liters might be negligible to the untrained eye, but even at 70 liters this bag is not exactly huge. Im sure that less space could be a problem depending on how much one intends to load on the bag. Surprisingly, the changing mat is a very nice feature that Ive actually used. I recently made a trip to Ligure, Italy, and I was able to fit my helmet (I couldve put a full face if I wanted with no problem), my protective gear in the top compartment, all my tools in the side bag (Essentially all the tools that are not at home, but that Im also not bringing with me on the ride like, shock pump, chain lube, torque wrench, spare parts, and assorted wrenches), three changes of MB clothes, and biking shoes obviously. I couldve fit more if I wanted, but I mainly just wanted to see how well I can pack the things that leave my house but stay in the car... any extra space is for maybe clothes or my backpack. It worked great! Ideal for a weekend trip, or to put it inside my bike bag when I fly somewhere. Dakine didnt disappoint with built quality, and they seem to not overcomplicate their products, like Thules dividers.
