The product is nice But the socket shared is irritating as I need to buy a new power source cord

I purchased 2 of the Dell 24 monitors for my home office. They work well, the picture quality is good and they are mountable on the on the arms attached to the desk. Cables were included. Mounting was easy.

I have been using Dell laptops for more than a decade and I trust thus brand. However the cables included with this monitor do not function. I bought two of this monitors and called up the Dell monitor queue for support. They performed troubleshooting for 30 minutes to rule out monitor issues. It ultimately boiled down to faulty cables for BOTH monitors. Dell refused to send me replament cables saying these cables are complementary sir, we dont replace. We can take back both your monitors and send you refurbished (used) ones. How absurd! I refused. I called up Dell laptop support queue to see if my laptop had issues. And they told me the cables included with the monitors are NOT meant for connecting the monitor to a laptop for display! I had to spend my own money and buy HDMI cables! I cant believe Dell does this to their customers!

I really dont believe in other brand like Samsung smart monitor or gaming related LG monitors(I was facing flicker and dark color compromised). Also if you are planning to buy Samsung smart monitor go for smart tv, there is no difference. I bought this Dell monitor for designing purpose and it totally worth it!!! I need to work on this monitor atleast 8 hours a day and really no complaints about it.

Came with a damaged cable and a tape was used to cover it

Ho acquistato questo monitor Dell per usarlo con il computer portatile devo dire che mi ha sorpreso per la qualità dei materiali, per la risoluzione del video. Collegato con il cavo HDMI al mio portatile sembra di lavorare su un computer fisso. Lo consiglio!!!

The best Monitor Ever, and the portrait mode is very much useful for Documet or reels preparation, must recommended for architects and designers, DP cable is more faster compare to HDMi , its having more connectivity options u can connect Amazon Fire Fox , Speakers, Keyboard , mouse and pendrives simultaneously !

HDMI port is not working.. This makes it of no use to me
