The quality and appearance is very good. Only which is annoying a little that the backpack have very big size even for bulky laptops I think that it could have a bit little size.

The one I found that was able to fit my Alienware 17 R4. A really nice quality bag that has plenty of space to hold a lot of stuff.

The pulls on the zippers fall apart too easily. The rubber tabs rip right off if you are not careful. Also, the bottom side flaps can tear apart at the middle seam. Otherwise, very nice backpack. Holds an amazing amount if you know how to manage space well.

My son wanted this for his Alienware computer and I’d say it’s worth the investment. Top quality and has lots of storage. Had for well over a year, no sign of stress or wear

Doesnt fit the 17 R4. I have the the same bag 1st 2 pics, new one 3rd &4th pics. Not the same bag. New one is much smaller, cant zip up. Cant find a bag to fit this monster laptop anymore. If you could sell the right one thatd be great.

I have a really comfortable 15 laptop backpack. When I bought the AW 17R, I was dismayed when it did not fit in the previous backpack. I have used the new AW backpack for about a month and traveled with it. The laptop and hefty power cord fit easily in this backpack. A warning - it does not fit under a seat in an airplane easily. The bag is slightly longer than the under-the -seat storage area. The bag has a couple of side zipper compartments good for business cards and USB drives. It came with a small mesh bag good for earbuds and other small peripherals. The chest strap is really good for long hikes through airports or if you have to run to a terminal.

Just got this this today, 8/19/18. Very nice quality. I like the colors. I do programming for commercial A/V, so I have a bunch if crap to stuff in my laptop bag. The rear compartment for the laptop is nice and roomy, even with the giant Alienware 17.3 laptop I have. To give you an idea on space, this is what I stuffed into mine- Giant laptop power supply 1 - bluetooth mouse 1 - 10 extension cord 1 - 10 hdmi cable 1 - 4 way power splitter 1 - 30 cat6 cable 1 - portable DVD rom 1 - wireless 4 port network switch with power supply 1 - wired network 4 port switch, with power supply 1 - bluray disk (Talladega Nights) for testing video In the little pouches on the side I put a couple of thumb drives and a sdcard and sdcard reader, as well as 4 port USB dongle. Even without all this crap stuffed into it, its a pretty heavy bag to start with. So its pretty heavy with all my gear, cables, and the alienware laptop in it. But if you care about how heavy it is, you shouldnt have bought an alienware laptop. This is a very nice bag. I will update after a few months to see how it holds up with all this stuff crammed in it.
