> 3 dayThis laptop basically fell apart after about a month. The screen basically broke free from the keyboard. This is the second Dell laptop that has done this. They do NOT get subjected to any rough treatment. Nothing more than opening and closing. The problem now is that I have downloaded all of my stuff to this laptop and now the screen has gone dark. I have no idea if I can recover any of it. But I will never buy another Dell product.

> 3 dayOk its my fault for not reading everything about this laptop but damn. I feel like I went back in time to windows 98. This thing is so slow. I bought it as a gift for my grandson and boy does it disappoint. I thought I read it had an extra storage drive 500gb but nope. And where did they find a celeron processor?!?! I’m going to have to eat this one and buy him another. From someone that has CLEAR specifications. Not impressed Amazon!

It comes preinstalled with Windows 11. update: Mar 23,2022 after owning 3 months the hinge has failed like several others have noted - this is with very light use - cant close it now - very disappointed
