Ive always had a bad time with ordering technology related items through Amazon, and expected this one would be different. Needless to say, although people tell you this is compatible with the Dell inspiron 15 5570. IT IS NOT!! not only is the tip to wide but the power cord is very short. I will be contacting the sellers to hopefully return this or get a refund.

I had high hopes for this, my actual dell charger recently started acting up when i need it for school. It wouldnt charge unless i played around with the cord and was sensitive so i bought this one in hopes that it would charge. It charged ONCE and then decides to fail on me. Never again, i cant rely on this product do not buy. I ended up buying a new laptop because of Dells online return policy seemed sketch and I didnt want to go through the hassle

I received quickly but it is not same adapter as on descriptions photo, its is not Dell brand, jut made in china replacement ac adapter.

Works very well. At first, I thought there was something wrong with my laptop. I decided to try the less expensive route and get a new charger. Dell has some that are compatible, but have differed items numbers. This one has the same item numbers as my original one. Hope it lasts as long.

Fit my computer worked great for about 2.5 months now it lights up on the charging box for about 2 seconds then turns right back off and never charges.

I just needed the part that goes into the charging part of the laptop
