> 24 hourDell has an excellent reputation for building sound computers that perform day in and day out. The Inspiron 15 is very fast and works well with the Windows 11 operating system. I would highly recommend this computer.

> 24 hourThis is the most frustrating computer I have ever owned. Works great except the battery last less than 30 minutes so I have to keep it plugged in, which defeats the purpose of a laptop!! Maybe this will get fixed with the next version. I would return but I have waited too long.

> 24 hourI have only had the laptop for about a week. It was relatively easy to set up. The response time of some of the applications has been moderate to good although I dont have everything loaded yet. This concerns me some. The main thing Im unhappy about is regarding the battery. The battery, fully charged, only lasts about 2 hours. This is completely unacceptable. Secondly, while using the laptop, the bottom of the laptop gets extremely hot. So hot, in fact, that I have trouble using it if it is actually on my lap. It gets too hot for my legs. It makes me concerned about whether the cooling system is actually working. I dont plan to return at this point but Im not sure Id recommend it to others especially if the usage needs to be in transit. If you can be tethered to the power cord (like most of my work is) it might ok. I do with the keyboard was backlit, but I knew it wasnt when I ordered it. I really do like the response and feel of the keyboard.

> 24 hourDell laptop itself is very good. But Microsoft installed its own products and OS. It wouldnt let me install my other programs. When I tried to go through Microsoft procedures to allow me to do this, their programming took over and would allow me. So, I had to perform a factory reset/install. Once I wiped computer clean, then and only then was I able to install my own programs.

> 24 hourOne of the hinges on the Acer laptop I bought 2 1/2 years ago broke, and I couldnt think of a good way to fix it, so I bought this new Dell. Ive had it for five days and so far, so good. Everything works great, the sound is a huge improvement over my last laptop, and it feels good to type on.

> 24 hourIve had this thing for a MONTH, and today the left side of my screen started breaking off from the rest of the computer--it got progressively worse throughout the day as I have a job that requires a lot fo computer use. Its like the lid/monitor is too heavy for the joint to hold it up, so its just snapping off. What a joke.

> 24 hourI purchased this laptop for my garage workshop, and it is perfect for that application. It doesnt have the same feel as my higher end Dell Laptop I use for everyday things, but it works well and if you are looking for a good budget laptop this one is great.

> 24 hourI have had this computer since January 5 months and it is so glitchy. It is my second one. the last one lasted one year. the mouse courser moves all over the place and flickers. If i can find the mouse arrow it is stuck in the corner of the screen. I have not damaged it. I am so upset. I just signed up for a class and now i am so behind and I can not do my work either. Of course, it is past the 2 months return policy and i did not get the insurance. I recommend trying any other computer. These are garbage and a waste of money.
