> 3 dayAffordable monitor. Great quality. Remember if putting it next to a 1080p laptop it will look blurry because it it much larger than the laptop but same resolution. Still nice tho.

> 3 dayThe monitor started blanking out within 40 days of purchase every 2 seconds and would not stop. I changed the cable, diagnosed the dell laptop, checked all settings, and updated the driver, but nothing helped. I called dell support, and they went thru an online time-consuming diagnostic that took forever. I gave up as I need a second working monitor urgently. I did not wait for del to replace under warranty which would have taken another 10-15 days. I called Amazon and requested a return even outside 30 days return period. I told them it was a defective unit. They agreed to return with a 20% restocking fee. I told them that since the unit is broken, you can not sell to another customer. Why would you be restocking? I guess 5+ years of Amazon prime membership does not help for a genuine customer concern. I canceled the items with a 20% penalty and ordered a different brand monitor.

> 3 dayWhats NOT in the box, at least the box shipped to me: The VGA cable and the HDMI cable. Thanks, guys. Ive also never had a new monitor that needed so much adjustment to settings to actually use. I could not actually expand any open application to view it on the screen -- it merely showed in my system tray at the bottom. I finally called Dell support, outsourced to a third party located heaven knows where. I could barely hear the person speaking, and he could barely speak discernable English. I understand that English is not the first language of people working in India or wherever Dell has moved its support (so that it can pay people 12 cents a day), but when youre serving customers in English-speaking countries, a certain fluency and clarity through ones accent would seem to be a prerequisite for hiring. Dell Support could not help me solve the display problems and did not care about the missing parts (told me to call another number, which turned out to be a dead line). I finally gave up and have returned the product for a refund. Got a similar HP monitor, and while I might expect a similar experience if I needed to call HP support, I didnt have that need. Plugged it, played it. The way it should be. Not impressed, Dell.

> 3 dayI was looking for a 24 inch monitor for my WFH setup and evaluated and compared several brands but this one stood out, mainly for 2 reasons - 1. Eye-friendly flicker free screen 2. Very small footprint - the stand takes up very little space on my table. Id say this feature beat out a couple of other very comparable monitors Other highlights (after 2 weeks of usage) - Vertical Viewing angle is adjustable (albeit to a small degree) - Super easy setup - was able to unbox, assemble and set it up in 10 minutes - No glare - The screen does not have a reflective surface. Also, the brightness can be sufficiently reduced to avoid stressing the eyes - Comes with a pretty long HDMI connector

> 3 dayI am a law student and this is perfect for me as all my classes are now online. Im used to a 13-inch macbook screen so this monitor feels giant. I love it!!

> 3 dayBought used... Expected a better product from Amazon even if it were second hand. This seller obviously did not have quality control or just wanted to get rid of his garbage. It came lopsided, and if you touch the monitor it turns off as the plug is very very loose! Not worth it.
