DFM Small Square and Marking Center Finder Precision MADE IN USA (Blue)

Just as advertised.

I just received my mini square in the mail yesterday. When opened I noticed it had a decent sized little knick on the top square side. Because of this, the square won’t lay flush. I don’t know how to ask for a replacement. When I tried it just sends me to return it. I would love a new one since this one won’t work with that knick in it.

Aside from all the obvious things you could use this for like squaring your table and miter saw blades, the flat sides finally help me to properly square up my hand plane and chisel blades in my honing guide which is a huge pain in the butt to get that crucial right angle setting correct. Very handy, easy to stick in a pocket, accurate, and love the blue color. One of my favorite shop purchases in a while, and made in the USA by a really nice owner who was quick to reply to questions.

I looked for a small square to help me with my newly adopted hobby but could not find one until I saw the BFM Blue. I love this thing. It’s so handy and easily accessible I wonder how I got along without it. Looking forward to the Alpha marking blade to become available soon!

Im very glad I finally broke down and bought a quality square. This is perfect for aligning my table saw blade, and checking corners on my woodwork. My only complaint is that the tiny centering hole is too thick at the bottom for me to use my nice scribing pen and its hard to use it with any pen or pencil. They should have included a nice one that fits for the money this costs.

Small right angle gauge, good for finding center of narrow boards, checking 90 degree angles! Nice alum feel.
