I am so soo happy we bought the Doona!!! It is a little heavy when lifting into the car but that only takes a few seconds. Not a big deal. Everything else about the Doona is so convenient and so worth buying it!! The convenience flipping between car seat and stroller makes every day easier. Running in places quickly is so much easier!! I’d recommend the Doona to everyone!

We love it so much! What a great invention for sure! Everyone looks at us when we put the baby in the back seat because it’s so fast! Worth every penny! It is heavy tho as a car seat to be carrying but why would you even carry it if it has wheels???

I know that some people on here have complained about the weight of the item, but keep in mind you will not be carrying it that often. It is heavier than a normal car seat, this is true, but I almost NEVER carry it. It is super easy to install and use. My daughter is almost 3 months old, and it is the item we used most, and the item I am SOOOO glad we splurged on. We have had so many people stop and ask us about it, and many people say they wished they had something like this when they had children. My daughter also loves the Doona, as she falls asleep in it easily.

I brought it for my daughter in-law and it is perfect for walking,shopping, and in the car. You don’t have to do anything but clamp in and go.

If youre debating buying this.. JUST DO IT. Yes, it may seem pricey but I promise it is worth EVERY PENNY. If we were to have another kid or this one just happened to give out on us, we would buy another without hesitation. So nifty, handy and not to mention durable for any and all situations!

This is ideal as a stroller to car seat transition. That part is definitely well thought out and made. The trouble lies in everything else. There aren’t any accessories that can really stay on the Doona unless you’re exclusively using it as a stroller. Changing it into the car seat forces you to remove all accessories each time. The accessories and making do with storage is also a pain - there’s no such thing as a baby who doesn’t need a bazillion things to pack (diapers, wipes, change of clothes, etc). Because the stroller is lightweight (this is handy for pushing/as a car seat) any accessories start to make it top heavy and then you run the risk of tipping the stroller.
