> 24 hourI was impressed with environmentally conscious packing, it was easy to set up and the instructions were very clear and easy. Although I did not need any customer support, I received emails checking to make sure the set up went well or if I needed any help. No additional software to download, no complicated instructions. I am truly impressed with this little machine - Doxie!!

> 24 hourAbsolutely the best investment I made for a huge project scanning documents. I had thousands of pages I needed to scan and it would have taken me months to complete the project using my Canon Copier/Scanner but the Doxie made things super fast and efficient with the organinzing of those documents.

> 24 hourWell I’ve had it for two days and this works better than any printer/scanner I have ever purchased. I know it’s not a printer but it’s the best I can compare with. Every printer I have ever had( your experience is probably similar) never works like it should. The Doxie connects right up, no extra bloatware with it like most printer/scanners. I’ve probably done close to five hundred scans so far and I’m impressed.

> 24 hourThe Doxie Pro is the third Doxie scanner Ive owned in the past decade and is by far the most flexible and feature-filled. It takes seconds to scan a stack of papers into Evernote, for example. I just run them through the document feeder and it automatically determines if individual pages are single- or double-sided, black and white or color, then staples them together in a pdf. Then its one click to send them to Evernote (or wherever you want to store your docs). The software is intuitive and has a very clear look & feel. The other feature I love is the direct feeder for thicker paper, photos or business cards. Instead of feeding from the front and coming out the back, it feeds in the front and comes out the front, so you can put it at the edge of your desk and not lose papers out the back. The portability, the feeders, the software and Doxies terrific customer service make this scanner an excellent choice.

> 24 hourI am happy with the product... I have used it just a few times, so still getting to know all the great benefits - but so far the company and the product are top notch! Thanks!

> 24 hourI needed a scanner to upload receipts for my business. The feature I love the most is the ability to scan multiple different documents, rename them quickly and save them to different folders. Way faster than my printer scanner. I definitely recommend this device.

> 24 hourI absolutely love this scanner. I owned one of the original Doxie scanners, and am thrilled to have the newer model. This scanner can copy a lot of pages (up to 20) back-to-back and very quickly. The OCR function enables me to read data into Word and Excel. This function alone has saved me days of work on some of my projects. The newest model has a much improved and seamless installation process, a very useful special feed for items that are of unusual size or thickness, and a very sturdy construction. What I really love is that it can outpace all the other scanners Ive had for productivity, but it has such a small footprint that it takes up very little real estate on my desk. I highly recommend it!

> 24 hourThis is my 4th Doxie scanner. I had their first, which was good; their second was better, when it’s battery died they replaced it free (out of warranty). I’ve been using a Doxie Q for a few years, and I liked it, but it was a bit of a hassle to take it out, frequently charge it because I hadn’t used it in a couple of weeks, connect it to Wi-Fi scan, then put it away. The Doxie Pro is the first that is a desktop scanner rather than a portable. It’s only slightly larger than the Doxie Q battery portable, and has truly amazing features. As a start, it contains double scanning hardware, so it scans top and bottom of each page at the same time. And is smart enough to discard blank page backs when scanning single-sided sheets. Holds 20 sheets. is FAST. Has 3 resolution levels, including Automatic, which figures out the best given the complexity of the image (there is a speed vs resolution trade-off). Paper handling is outstanding. It has a manual feed slot for scanning odd sizes, such as a driver’s license, and does an excellent job at that task (remember, both sides at once). I had a problem connecting to my MacBook initially; tech support was highly responsive and worked with me to resolve the problem, and had it working the same day.
