Anyone who expects actual leather at this price isnt reasonable, but still, the headline description is a lie and should be changed. This is sturdy, attractive, and seems to provide pretty good protection. I had to use an Exacto knife open up the opening for the power plug. My after-market plug kept hitting the protective case and would not seat. The apple OEM power plug does fit without modification. I personally dont use the hand through the elastic strap feature, but I do find the front slot handy for holding notes I need to bring along with me. Overall, a pretty good case.

> 3 dayEDIT: Original post was below. I contacted support and they sent me a new one. Looks like the original one probably got smushed and altered during shipping or something. The new, identical case fits perfectly as expected. Customer service was amazing, helpful and got me a new unit within a few days. Thank you! The only downside is there is a good size lip on the finger print button. so you really need to adjust your finger in a funny way to get it to read. Its not super seamless. Case works, and pencil holder is perfect. Thank you! Not sure why this has so many great reviews. It doesnt fit around my iPad Mini 6. The volume buttons keep going in low and high directions on its own because the fit is too tight by the volume keys. The touch power button is extremely hard to use with the case on, the lip around it is too high. There fit around the entire iPad is half on/ half off. It wont catch the lip of the case. My apple pencil is nearly impossible t take out once its in. and it doesnt charge half the time. the connection doesnt work.

> 3 dayThis case is higher quality than I expected for the price. I like the strap to keep it closed, the front pocket is great and so is the strap for your hand. Oh, and the pencil slot is great because it allows the pencil to charge.

> 3 dayI was expecting to spend a lot more money on a good case, as I have done on my previous two iPads. This one looked really good and had good reviews so I decided to take a chance. All I can say is that I am amazed at how nice it is and at this price it is just very surprising. The iPad fits very snugly and the case is beautiful. Not sure how they do it for this price.

> 3 dayIf you’re like me and take your iPad everywhere. I would recommend this is especially for school because there’s a pocket in the front where you can put paper in. That pocket actually saved me one time during class. I accidentally left my iPad behind in class but my professor found it since there was a piece of paper in the pocket with my name on it. If it wasn’t for that pocket I would’ve probably lost my iPad for good

> 3 dayI bought this case for a new iPad Mini 6 because my dad has had one for his own iPad for about 3 years. He has it folded up in all the ways it can go and it hardly shows any wear, is easy to clean and just looks and feels great. I knew immediately that this was what I needed to cover my iPad mini completely in the way of safety (it’s secure and snug, covers every corner of the device. Pull on the pencil holder to pop your iPad in, it helped me) and something that would last. I really recommend this case. I draw for hours and it doesn’t bother my skin (eczema) and I haven’t felt my iPad get too warm in it, plus the pencil fits very nicely. Feels much safer than letting it hold onto the iPad for dear life via the magnet. Amazing case!
