This bag is sturdy, durable and very well made. We gave it to our son for Christmas. He travels a bit on week end jaunts. The bag is true to color and as nice as it looks in the picture. The straps and handles are quality and strong. The inside is finished well. Definitely a great price point. Would hold a week end worth of clothing and accessories.

One trip in and the bag is holding up well. Magnetic buttons are surprisingly useful. Technically, carry on luggage is allowed to be 2 longer so I dont know why they made it short. They made up for it in width which is actually a little awkward when youre carrying it over your shoulder. See pics. Still I recommend and am happy with the bag.

This bag fits more clothes than a weekend I wear large. I fit 3 sweatshirts, 3 jeans, 2 pairs of shorts, 5 t-shirts, 5 pairs of socks, 5 pairs of underwear and a pair of Sanuks.

This is a very attractive and quality bag for the price. It had a few stray threads around the hardware and straps but I just used a lighter to clean them up. As other reviews have said, it is heavy on its own so it can be cumbersome to carry when its full, but much easier to fit and pull out of the overhead storage compartment when youre rushing on and off a crowded plane. I was worried because space was limited but this bag can be shoved into a pretty tight space. It was larger in person than I pictured in my head. I love that it splits in half so you can stay organized and keep your clothes nicely folded and flat inside. I was able to fit about a weeks worth of summer clothes, two pairs of shoes, a hoodie, belts, and my toiletry bag inside. The split is also convenient because you can tuck your toiletries and electronics in that middle section before closing it up so you can pull them out quickly when going though airport TSA/security. But like I said, if you plan on filling this thing up and lugging it through the airport, just be aware that it is not lightweight. But at least its durable and the strap was fairly comfortable with the strap pad. I prefer the convenience over comfort.

A little bulky but ok overall

This is a sturdy well organized travel bag, good for a long weekend. Fits well in the overhead bin on airlines.

I bought another one for a gift!

I bought two different bags from two different companies but they were made at the same factory based on the handles, pull tabs, etc. The other was more of a duffle bag with the one top zipper and that was harder to put clothes inside plus it had the shoe well which kept the shoes separate from the clothes but it took up a ton of space. Then there was this one. I could open it like a suitcase, zip open the two compartments and to try it out I just loaded it with the laundry that my wife just finished so there were 2 jeans, 2 shorts, pajamas, 8 or so underwear and the same amount of socks plus 8 shirts. I loaded all of it. Then I added a pair of flip flops, and one pair of shoes and one pair of slippers plus my toiletry bag which is quite large. It was a little tough to zip because I had it LOADED to the gills to see what it was capable of and it did close. I had easily 8 days worth of clothing if I wore some of the pants and shorts more than once. This is a 4 to 8 day bag with no problems. Wear your bulkier, heavier items on the plane and pack the rest and you should be good. I dont know about durability since I havent used it yet but it does look capable. I will be using it for the first time tonight as I head out for a 3 day trip. I recommend getting this since it carries like a duffle but opens like a suitcase. I dont think you will be disappointed.

A whole lot of pockets and has a strap that you can put over your shoulder for easy carry
