We purchased this faucet to replace a similar one with a broken handle. The new one was delivered quickly and it installed easily. When turning off the water it does drip a bit, slows down and stops completely within a minute. Perhaps its a breakin period. The warranty states Dura Faucet will replace the cartridge free of charge, which is reassuring.
