Greater than one weekExactly what it says on the tin. This is a heavy, very durable doormat that absorbs dust and debris. I set my mat on the outside of my home and its doing great so far. The underside has a pebbled rubber surface that keeps it from sliding around. My front porch is concrete so there’s already a decent amount of traction to prevent movement. But I feel like those who have smoother surfaces like wood, or indoor surfaces like tile or vinyl shouldn’t have a problem with this mat. Despite the roughness of the fabric, there’s a plush springiness (?) in the material that kinda buoys you up when you step on it. So it lacks that doughy, muddy feel that other doormats have when you stand on them. I haven’t had the chance to test out cleaning it yet, but I feel like that should be simple as well. The only sticking point I can think of is that it smells like new car tires at an auto shop. “New car smell” may or may not be a deterrent for you. I didn’t mind it, but the smell dissipates fast after you place it outside.

> 3 dayThis door mat is awesome. Obviously a durable product that will last me for years. But be careful when you open it. The plastic it is wrapped in doesnt want to come off. It is a struggle. I could have used a box cutters razor blade, but then I would have risked cutting into the mat. So I used a letter opener. Quite a battle, but I finally won.

Greater than one weekA hair longer than the space I have so the edges curl up, but it keeps the grass and mud from being tracked through the house. My carpet in front of my back door is beige and needs protection from everything being brought inside on shoes.

> 3 dayI ordered this rug for my front porch, but once I saw how nice it looked inside the house, I decided to keep it in the entryway. The textured rubber underneath makes it stable on my vinyl floors.

> 3 dayThis mat has a nice pattern, good thickness, and a grippy back to hold it in place and is low profile, so it doesn’t catch when the door opens. I did not test whether it really “holds up to 1.8 gallons of water per square yard,” but even without that test, this door mat is perfect for my house.

> 3 dayThis was a good fit for the purpose I was looking to fill. I use it on my lanai before entering the house. the non-skid feature is important and it is used to cover an electrical extension cord that runs across the doorway.

> 3 dayMat came rolled up but became flat fairly easy with a little time to unfurl the edges. Didnt have much of a smell and what smell it did have was not unpleasant. Looks exactly as described and as a person who is bare feet constantly in the house, it does not bother my feet when I walk on it so thats a plus for me. Not sure how well it will hold up yet but it seems pretty durable.

> 3 dayThis mat is the perfect size for our side door. Its low profile so the door doesnt get stuck on it and does a great job of containing dirt, leaves, sand and pine straw brought in on our shoes. Its easy to shake out and vacuum with a brush attachment too!

19-12-2024Weve had this mat for about a month & a half and its worked quite well. A light snow & several good rains and it has done a great job wiping off our shoes. I guess a testament to how well it grabs detritus, it accumulates our Huskies fur like crazy. Dirt vacuums off easily, but the fur takes a little more work. Ive been most impressed with how it generally stays in place, even with the dogs using it as a launch pad to chase each other around on the hardwood floor.
