The product will not charge up and will only run for about ten minutes. I have tried to return it but the process is too complicated and I am thoroughly disgusted with Amazons return policy. I need my money refunded. I buy a lot of products from Amazon and I am seriously thinking about ending my relationship and trying another outlet for my purchases Thank You!

Battery dies after 10 minutes. Useless! Would not return since I was out of town for a month and missed the return period by 6 days. So disappointed in this company. Beware!

Where to start, this is a BAD vacuum. Suction is so terrible, I kept passing over SAME strands of hair and dust collections again and again, turns out if you add ANYTHING to the vacuum any extension tube it comes with or its accessories the suction is GONE. I test and feel with my hand, quite good suction without anything attached, put just a brush and suction drops to nothing. Maneuverability is terrible, back and forth only. Every extension is stiff no joints does not permit movement. Corners and edges and this vacuum neither has power nor shape to clean there. MAX power overheats and the battery life on MAX is 3 minutes, no joke, in just 3 minutes only cleaned under the desk and from full battery went depleted. After depleting, I placed vac in the charger and already had 2 LEDs like it charged some instantly meaning the battery already having cell memory effect. Filter is cleaned and dust bin is empty after each use. Nothing to excuse it here, this is just a terrible vacuum.

I have a few stick vacs in different areas of the house and this is replacing one of them. It runs about ten minutes on high, which I expected, because all of mine run about that long on high. It doesnt charge as quickly as another that I have, it takes over an hour and a half to fully charge. There is a charging indicator of lights on the side of the handle that shows how far from fully charged it is. Charging is easy just plug into the back of the handle. I do wish it charged more quickly. What I like about this one compared to my others is that the beater brush attachment to vacuum rugs/floor is FAR superior to any that I own. It really picks stuff up! The attachments go on and off easily with the press of a button. This is actually much easier than any of my others. While they all have a button to push, this one I can do with one finger, very easily, to release the attachment. This one is very easy to dump the canister and clean both filters. Very easy. Im on the fence about the trigger. Sometimes I love it and sometimes I dont. To operate this you have to constantly press the trigger. I like it because to stop it if I have to move furniture I just take my finger off the trigger and it stops. Other times I dislike it because, not to be a wimp, but sometimes my finger gets fatigued from pressing it for ten minutes. I know, I know. Maybe theres a way to not have to press the trigger constantly, but I wouldnt know because mine didnt come with any instructions. The suction power is excellent! It also comes with a wall hanger to hold the stick vac and attachments. If it gets clogged it would be extremely easy to dislodge the clog because you can easily access all the parts of the vacuum/hose.

This is what I picked up in the first 8-10 minutes of use. I mainly got it for the steps and the area in front of the litter boxes and oh my god this thing is powerful!

I purchased this product directly from dyson website. I always loved dyson and wanted to give it try the cordless one. The 40 min is on low, if you use it on high the vacuum time around 30 min. It of course started dropping the time. After 1 year it would only work 20 ish min after being fully charged. Now i can only use it for 5 mins.. its disappointing because dyson is a great brand and the parts and all not cheap to replace every time you get an issue with the product. Would not recommend a cordless one. I also have canister and also have upright. Used the upright for years and years with no issue. Go with one that has a cord, i advice. I always done the proper cleaning, and cleaned the filter in a timely manner. These are expensive vacuum cleaners and hard to replace them everytime it gives an issue. I would not buy a cordless dyson again.

La aspiradora es lo mejor, funcional 100% aspira el pelo de mis mascotas perfectamente, buenísimo, el único detalle es que el modo maximo solo dura como 15 minutos, pero fuera de eso la mejor compra del mundo.

Its times like these where battery-powered vacuums really start to exhibit their flaws. This vacuum is no exception, but let me start with the positives. This vacuum does a really good job being able to pull even the most stubborn particles and crumbs off your floor. However, the biggest caveat to this suction power is the quick depletion of battery life. On the maximum setting, this vacuum lasts less than 20 minutes on a full charge.

I rented a condo in Florida this year they had this Dyson in the unit... I loved it! I came home and bought one for myself and am not disappointed. The only issue I have with the vacuum itself is that it says that it has a 40 minute charge. Ive discovered that I can only vacuum one floor of my house at a time before it runs out of battery life (about 15 minutes). Mine was obviously built in Mexico because ALL of the directions came in Spanish so I had to figure out how to put it together and hang it up without instructions. I ended up calling Dyson directly and they sent me online videos which were perfect. I love the vacuum, I just wish it held the charge as long as its advertised to do.

We already owned a Dyson cordless vacuum but decided to get a second one so that we would have one upstairs and one downstairs. We really liked our original Dyson and it always worked very well so we decided to go with another Dyson. This time around we decided to get a slightly more powerful one so we selected this Dyson. After using it for a while, we are extremely happy with it. Its even more powerful than our original Dyson and does a better job at cleaning. We like it so much that we are considering replacing our original Dyson with another one of these models. Besides the additional cleaning power, it also has a bigger and easier to empty bin. The vacuum comes with several useful accessories including a small and large powerhead. We use the larger one to clean floors and the smaller one to clean upholstery. If I had any complaints, it is that I wish it would run longer on the battery. I rarely run out of battery but when doing bigger jobs I sometimes do, With two Dysons though if I do run out of battery, I just use my second one. The other thing I like about this Dyson is the wall hanging bracket it comes with. I installed it in a closer that has an outlet. It makes storing and charging the unit convenient. The one thing I would recommend though is not using the wall anchors that come with the unit. When removing the vacuum from the wall bracket, it tugs and pulls from the wall. After repeated removals, the included anchors will just start coming out of the wall. To fix this, I replaced with butterfly wall anchors and they work perfectly. Overall we lover this vacuum and would definitely recommend.
