It’s Interesting that it’s hard to find a recent review on these….This batch is clearly less sensitive than they say it is. If you’re looking for line progression keep searching because these tests aren’t it. I’ve been ttc for 3 years. We finally got insurance approval for infertility treatments 2 years into that and now almost a year later I got my positive test(not with these but with first response) after an embryo transfer. I am glad I started with first response. I got my positive on 4 days past transfer with a 5 day embryo so 9dpo. It’s not likely that if I tested with these strips it would’ve picked up on it. I got them for line progression until I go for my blood test in 5 days and they’re not sensitive enough to show that the way a first response can. If you’re just looking for any sort of line and don’t care if it gets darker then these are ok. If you’re concerned about chemical pregnancy and want to monitor line progression, these aren’t it. Spend the $$$ on first response for your sanity. These will make you panic thinking the line isn’t getting darker or is fading.

I’ve used these and the ovulation tests for years and it’s the best brand out there. I also love the app and Facebook group. They’ve been the most reliable through TTC, pregnancy and even unfortunately tracking loss. I’ll never waste money on another brand. I’ve never had false readings from these and they’ve never steered me wrong.

These pregnancy tests consistently presented with negative results when I was not pregnant, and were able to detect my current pregnancy with a faint line around 11 DPO. The test line continued to be pretty faint around when my period would have occurred, but became darker around 19 DPO. These tests worked well for me, but the Premom ovulation tests seem to be more sensitive and provide clearer results.

These are the BEST. They picked up my pregnancy 2-3 days before Clearblue did. It was very faint but it was there. If you are a pee in a stick addict these are for you

These can definitely be a little finicky, but I got my first positives on these tests before any of the other ones I took! 6dp5dt it started showing up, so highly recommend. You can also be a test addict like me and not feel crazy taking a few of them at a time lol bc they’re cheaper.

I was able to find out 6 days before my missed period (first picture), the lines are faint but they are there. The second picture is 1 day before my missed period, the lines are much darker. :)

I was kinda scared to try this test because I was reading a lot of comments about getting a false positive but it’s easy to use and it work for me . Glad I tried them out !

I started testing at 8 DPO and got the faintest of lines in the evening. I thought maybe i was having line eyes but then tested again the next day and the line appeared just a tad bit darker. I tested with other brands at the same time and none of them appeared as quickly as easy @ home. I also think I prefer these over first response. I bought the 60 pack because i test like a mad woman once im pregnant to ensure my lines are progressively getting darker. I swear by these and will recommend them first above all other brands. 10/10 recommend!

I bought the hCG strips last year to confirm my non-pregnancy, works great! Will use again in the future. Updated on 7/7/16 ~ I still cant believe we got pregnant the first time using these strips. We were ready to try for our 2nd, but I havent charted my basal temperature and wanted something more visual (and faster) to work with. I read every single review to ensure I use these correctly, and not miss our window of opportunity. I am so thankful for all the reviewers’ tips and honest reviews. Here is a summary of what I did and what I took from all the reviews: - I pee into a cup, let it come to room temp (usually after 5 - 10 min) before dipping the strip in for ~5 sec, came back to read it after 5 min. - I saved all the strips and tracked my LH levels; it is much easier to see the difference in intensity when you are comparing side by side. If you think you are ovulating, dont be afraid to use more strips. On CD 14, I was testing every 3 hours in the afternoon. We DTD that night. - The intensity of these strips could be different for everyone. When I looked at other reviewers pics, some lines may never reach the same intensity as the control line but they did ovulate (and became pregnant). I was for sure I was at my peak at CD 14, only to find out on CD 15 my LH line was even darker than the test control line! So we DTD that night again. After eagerly waiting for over a week, I couldn’t help myself to start testing my hCG levels. My period ranges from 28 to 33 days; they never stabilized after my first baby. I tested on CD 28 – nothing. I did it again on CD 29, which I thought there is the faintest line (you can’t see in the pic). I thought it wasn’t real because shortly after I started spotting thinking I am getting my period. But, it never came, so I tested again two days later, and saw yet another faint line, but darker in intensity. Was I really pregnant? Did more testing in the following two mornings – Yes I think I am really pregnant. I told my husband, who didn’t believe me because it took us over 2+ years for our first baby. I got the Clearblue pregnancy test to confirm. The strip on CD 35 and the Clearblue is from the same morning pee. We couldn’t believe it! Our first prenatal appointment is next month; this is actually happening! A side note for those TTC about cervical fluid. I was also tracking my cervical fluid as well. We all have been told that we are most fertile when it’s a clear stretchy snot-like fluid. For my case, that was in fact not quite true. I ovulated on CD 15, which I remember my CM was more of a creamy white semi-stretchy fluid. I didn’t see the eggwhite CM until CD 16, which I know I have already ovulated. So may the CM stayed inside until a bit later? In summary, know your own body. Update on 8/10/16 ~ Unfortunately, our first prenatal appointment at 10 weeks was not what we expected... we miscarried shortly after. My midwife suggested taking a pregnancy test in a month to make sure I have no more hCG in my body before we should start trying again. I was thinking in my head that good thing I have enough of these to do that. Its funny how things work. I was hoping for a line two months ago; now I am hoping for no line.
