Greater than one weekI was hoping I could plug my Ring light into and not burn out the off and on dimming knob as the previous had burned out. Well, after 2 hours of getting this to sync the wifi - when it does, connected to the Ring Light starts flickering. So this was returned - May have worked on something else, but the time to sync - I wasnt trying to do that again.

> 3 dayRequires Third Party App to Control Via Amazon Echo Show. Hard to follow instructions written in microscopic print and manufacturer web site was of no help. Returned for a refund.

> 3 dayHad one of these for about a month. Worked great for a time, Google Assistant voice controls worked and made life easier. Now, when I try to use the lamp connected to it, Assistant tells me that it cannot connect to FamilyWell Pro. Reset the device, nothing. Try to relink the accounts, nothing. Everything leads to Cannot connect to FamilyWell Pro. Not worth the money, choose a different smart plug.

> 3 dayI consider myself fairly accustomed to connecting smart devices but this junk would not connect to the 2.4GHz signal after hours of trying. Despite repeatedly trying with the app and checking wifi passwords it would time out and fail everytime. Disappointed with the time and money wasted.

> 3 dayI purchased these to upgrade from the ones I have had for quite some time. After installing all 6 of these successfully, each and every plug would randomly shut off. I would have to go to different plugs and turn the power back on! When they did stay on they would disconnect from my wifi/internet. You would never know which one would be an “issue” on any given day. I tried contacting the supplier to see if there was anything I could do. I never got a response. I returned these and now I’m back using my old ones which work perfectly. I guess the old saying is true. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” I can not recommend these at all.

> 3 dayWhen they work with Alexa, things are great but more often than not they turn off. When they turn themselves off, Alexa suggests checking internet connection, etc. I unplug it and plug it back in and then it works until the next time it turns itself off--too many times to be reliable.
