If support ever gets this thing going I will update my review, but for now I will say this thing is not working on my M1 MacBook Pro. The power light just flickers. It seems that this guy draws more power than the average USB component. Many modern laptops (like mine) are standardizing on USB-C. Streamdesk is USB-A only. It does not like dongles. Some work, some dont. I have yet to find one that does. Support is looking into it

This was as simple as download legato program. Plug in the Elgato into your USB port. Then setup the stream deck and your ready to create live content. Excellent purchase and ease of use

The stream deck can be used by just about anyone!

Mine appears to have a line of dead white pixels running through the bottom row. I cant seem to get rid of it and theres no fix for this problem on the internet. Only another person in the review experienced the same problem apparently. But I agree with them that this does speak for the quality in the long run. Gonna return it.
