Greater than one weekThis sheet of nFEP is supposed to reduce or eliminate prints sticking to the sheet, so you get fewer print failures. not only did it NOT do this, it made my failure rate ten times worse. And just now, it caused the single most catastrophic print failure Ive ever had. You see horror show photos of people with resin that leaked on their LCD screen. This happened, but to such a degree (somehow it got multiple holes from regular use) that when I went to remove the vat to find out why my print failed IT TORE THE LCD SCREEN OFF THE WIRES BECAUSE IT WAS SO FIRMLY ATTACHED TO THE FEP. This. Product. Is. Awful. 0/10, would not recommend even to people I hate.

09-04-2025[UPDATES AT THE BOTTOM] [If you see this review on Youtube posted by Lisa Woods, DO NOT CLICK ON ANY LINKS. That is a scammer/bot/asshole copying Amazon reviews.] Got around to installing this on an Elegoo Mars 3D printer a few days ago, Ive printed several almost-full plates with no issues. No need to clean or aerate the film between sessions. Re-level and find Z Home again if this sheet is a different thickness than your old FEP. The usual SUCCC-POP! peeling sound heard when the buildplate rises after printing bottom layers is greatly reduced (though its still loud when the plate is full). If the next time I empty the vat this non-FEP film isnt all dinged up, Ill bump up the rating to the max. If youre printing small stuff with standard gray/white resins I say stick to the cheaper FEP sheets. This non-FEP stuff (whatever it is) is probably better for black resin, if you print items with large surface area, or other stuff thats notorious for its reluctance to adhere to the buildplate. === [UPDATE 4/10/20] I must be at least on the 30th print session by now, mostly full buildplates, and this film is in way better shape than ordinary FEP. When you print the same thing constantly, the film will get dings from supports eventually, but theyre a lot fainter with this film. [UPDATE 1/13/2021] Its incredible that the same sheet from almost a year ago has held up so well. The only sign of deterioration on the sheet is a hazy patch near the middle that gets heavy use. Ive simply moved models off that area and they still print just fine. I think its important that you get your Z Home right for maximum durability. This is so the build plate doesnt lower more than it has to and prevent dinging the sheet with the supports as they print.

> 3 dayGood stuff, very clear, high quality FEP like film. It appears to be FEP, while the company says it isnt exactly that. I cant say either way so I call it FEP like for this review. Remember not to clean it with IPA, ethanol, methylated spirits, or other alcohols, as they can fog and at times ruin the surfaces (this is with any FEP or FEP like film).

> 3 dayYou can literally hear the difference, with the original sonic mini fep you could hear a loud pop on every lift and see the z axis bend, with this the printer is practically silent. All of my prints are sticking to the bed instead of sticking to the sheet and its been a major quality of lift change using this printer.

> 3 dayThis stuff works so much better than the regular fep sheets. Since having installed this I have not have a failed print due to it sticking to the fep, my fails are completely my fault now. Lol.

> 3 dayI was super excited to get a Sonic Mini 4K printer, but then incredibly disappointed by failed print after failed print which wasted many hours of my life. I sanded the build plate with 80 grit sandpaper each time and cleaned and lubricated the NEP film each time, but still the prints failed to stick to the build plate and stuck to the NEP instead. Only after increasing the exposure time way up did prints stick to the build plate. But of course then the prints were overcured and the detail destroyed. I finally gave up and tried this Epax NFEP film and, bingo! Successful prints the first try. Recommend. I ordered the 3 pack and I did receive 3 pieces.

> 3 day(To no fault of this FEP) The first sheet of this FEP I used resulted in about 10 straight print failures that left a lot of hardened resin on the FEP itself. Shockingly, when I finally discovered my base problem with the printer and resin (again, not the FEPs fault), I ran another print with the SAME SHEET that endured 10 failures before and the print came out FLAWLESS. Before buying this, a print failure of this caliber almost always resulted in an immediate replacement of the FEP and a couple more dollars down the drain. Obviously, this sheet didnt last a ton longer having been treated pretty brutally, but how well it performed after so many failures is a true testiment to the incredible engineering that went into this product. Im never buying another brand again.
