It works, it doesnt make noise, im satisified. Modular cables have a nice feel and are braided.

I really liked the packaging of the PSU. Everything was just straightforward to set up. I didnt know how handy a fully modular psu would be this efficient. Enjoying its performance and how silent it is when its on.

To give an idea of where Im coming from, Im finally upgrading super cheap parts out of an older cybertron pc. The difference between the Generic Ultra 650W that was installed in this rig and this 850W EVGA super awesome PSU is like night and day, a complete transformation, and it has an ECO mode (Its a tiny switch on the back plate).

Quiet, pretty straight forward to use and beefy.

This is a very good PSU. The 10-year warranty is among the best for the same class of power units. My only issue, an annoyance, was that the mounting holes for the screws were a hair too big, making standard mounting screws to not easily screw in and hold. Of the 4 mounting holes, two went in tight, the 3rd went in a bit too easily and slightly snug, and the 4th screw went int loose and spinning freely. I opted to keep the unit as is but I could have tried slightly wider mounting screws.

With a power supply this big, I didnt really know what to expect for power consumption and noise. After installing this power supply and listening to it run for a month without the computer case side covers on, I can highly recommend it. It is amazingly quiet and efficient.

Absolutely great in every way. Cant go wrong with EVGA PSUs. Contains a ton of additional cables, it seems like theres a spare for everything, which is great, especially for the SATA cables. Its held strong since I got it and is still quiet and performs well. Never had an issue.
