I used this to take a few cup videos & photos since I got this at the end of May. I changed the batteries and it will turn for about 2 seconds and get stuck. It is not working any more. It is disappointing :(

I am a custom tumbler maker. I use this to take videos of the whole tumbler. It works well and turns smoothly. Perfect speed. And you can adjust the turn to both directions. Just wish the cord that comes with it were longer.
