Easy to use, Plugged in and followed simple instructions and it unlocked my Dell desktop password right away. I had been locked out because I could not remember the password.

I bought this to use an old computer that I had forgotten the password for. I followed the instructions, without success. I contacted their support several days ago but I have not yet gotten a response.

I am very pleased that this worked, I couldn’t get into my computer for my password. I tried several YouTube videos that didn’t work. This is easy to use and I was back in my computer on less than 5 minutes.

Tech tip 3285, never let someone whom you dont know use your VERY expensive and crucial to your livelihood rig based only on their word that they know what theyre doing. I did that, yup. I dont even know what this chick did, but what she managed to accomplish was locking me out of my studio rig for 2 months! Somehow she sort of melded my local admin account the only account on the machine with her microsoft account? Changed my windows pw, and the POOF! She was gone, never heard from again. I tried everything I knew to do, that didnt involve losing over 4tb of data, and having to reinstall $10,000 in software, burning up a license transfer, on the programs that even have one left, by ProTools, couldnt afford a new license, and losing, oh 35 bands or sos masters? Ive since set up a raid backup, wont happen again. I didnt even know the stupid box still has the wifi card in a slot. Was disabled, but she knew enough to enable it I guess. Anyway, 5 minutes after this thing got here I was in! EPIC SAVE, THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
