I have arthritis and some scissors are very hard for me to use. The best scissors should cut easily and smoothly through tough layers of fabric as well as thick card stock. I found these to do both for me. I sew, scrapbook, do embroidery and make cards, I wanted a pair of scissors that I could use for all my crafting needs. These were a perfect fit for me.
