If youre like me, you might be looking at the various new feeds out there where people are using different technologies and strategies to steal your information. The use of RFID/NFC technology is something that is on my mind a lot. Something that Ive seen happening around my area is people who steal cars bring a big antenna that captures the NFC field of the car remote fobs and pulls it to a device used to mimic the fob and opens the car. Theyre able to steal your car using your own cars key fob! I bought these bags to test out a strategy to protect myself from those scenarios.

This product is a set of two heavy black bags that can shield an electronic device from damaging energy. It wraps carefully in such a way so as to prevent any cracks in coverage. They are thick, sturdy, and they appear to work as evidenced by not being able to get a signal from a hotspot placed in the bag. In the event of exposure to high energy beams, even something as powerful as an EMP bomb, any electronics placed in here should survive the event. Overall this is a really nice set of bags in two convenient sizes for laptops and such.

These 2 bags are the perfect size for when I travel. I put my phone, passport, memory cards and car fob in the smaller one. Then I keep my laptop, tablet and USB/SSD drives in the larger bag. These bags keep everything organized and protected from fire and water, even if the device isnt at risk for RFID signals. The bags are made of high quality material and are nice and sturdy. They also seal very tight when you close them. The price seems high, but given they provide security from RFID theft, fire, and water damage, I feel these are one way to protect against identity theft. I highly recommend these for any frequent/overseas traveler.

These bags are nice. The two pack includes one large enough for a laptop, and the other large enough for a variety of smaller devices. It is easy to close the bag with a simple rolling technique. I tested the bags by enclosing my phone inside and trying to call from another phone, and it did not receive the signal. So as far as I can tell, they work!

Would be great if a charger connection could be active while sealed.

I tested these products by using my cell phone inside them and having a friend in the same room call me. This isnt the type of test recommended, but it was what was available. We tested over and over and these bags consistently worked perfectly. Would certainly buy from this seller again. Quality product.
