> 3 dayUPDATE: Theyve replaced it the 3rd time really fast and was super easy. So far the 3rd time its working good. I mean yes its been frustrating having a burn spot but theyve been easy to get a hold of and quick to replace it. I cant say its the best projector in the world but for under 100$ its pretty good. And Im only giving it 5 stars because theyve made it right each time by sending me a new one when it wasnt working. I bought it originally in April then they replaced in June and now its happening again. The same exact thing . It leaves a burn spot in my screen but its not my screen.

> 3 dayIt is worth the money. The Fan is a little loud and internal speaker is not very loud, but you can easily buy a speaker from Best Buy and it will work fine. You can also connect a Bluetooth speaker if you already have one!!!!!

Greater than one weekIt says: Quality and value. Two of the attributes we have commonly associated with foxes are on display here. This is a very affordable unit with an archaic interface, but it works well wirelessly as well as via HDMI, and I am very pleased with the purchase. The picture becomes distorted around the edges as you cant keep both the the edges and the center of the frame focus perfectly in-focus but its good enough to watch anything but, i would say, ice hockey.

> 3 dayUpdate 5/22— I used it for my outdoor party and it worked great. Image was good and did not fail after 7hrs of continuos play. Party was a hit. —— I am not too much into projectors but I have this party coming up and we are going to be streaming music videos. The only way to do it is through a projector where the whole party can see the videos. I looked at all the projectors and wanted something which had many features like multiple ways to connect like phones, laptops or hdmi. If you want the best picture it will be best to go with a HDMI cable. When playing videos the projector has a built in speaker and a 3.5 mm jack to hook up a headset or in my case to wire it to my speakers. The menu system is easy to understand and the buttons on top help you navigate through the menus. Having a door to protect Lens from dust and scratching is a bonus which is missing in others in this price. The fan is loud but necessary to help with longevity with a unit this small. Lastly the filter pulls out making it easy to clean. So far this unit is priced right and looks good. I will be using it for many hours for a party at the end of April. If you don’t see an updated review it means the projector worked over an extended time with no issues. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and photos of this product. I hope it has been helpful in providing you with more information.

15-12-2024Not sure if the item received was a defective one or not. Even with a dim light on, the brightness of the projector on screen decreases dramatically. Just requested a return for refund and ordered a new one. Honestly not sure if this was just one off.

> 3 dayFirst thing to know about these projectors is you CANNOT AirPlay protected stuff (like Netflix content) from your iPhone wirelessly. That isnt a limitation of the projector; its coming from the Netflix side (the same way you cant screenshot movies or series while youre watching). To use Netflix from your phone, your phone needs to be wired into the projector somehow. Meaning you either have your phone connected via HDMI to the projector (using an adapter) or you can connect a laptop to the projector (HDMI to HDMI port) and play stuff on it. I learned that one the hard way after trying fruitlessly to play Netflix right from my phone before finally just using my laptop to connect. Then I was off to the movies. The projector does a great job. No, not IMAX quality but really decent, in my opinion, and you can use a remote to interact just like with a TV. I got this to use outside on my patio as summer approaches and Im very happy with the setup.

> 3 dayThis is my first projector and Im impressed with the picture quality. I havent used it on a projector screen yet but I hear they make it even better. I did lots of searching and watched lots of reviews here and on yt before deciding on this model. The coupon at the time of purchase was a good motivator too! What I liked on this unit over others was the built in filter and lens cover. However, the lens cover isnt so convenient. Turns out the lens has to be retracted before the cover can be slid over. So if you want to leave the projector out but cover the lens, you will need to refocus the picture next time you use it. No, that not a difficult task but it takes away from the convenience. The audio is this unit is nice. Not home theater nice but definitely better than I expected. At times it sounds like its coming from the projection wall. That could be just in my head and results will vary due to room variables. I havent found a way to control volume from the projector but the remote has a few buttons for volume control. The remote is awesome! It allows you access to all the projector functions including volume and zoom. Zoom allows you to set the projector at a further distance and shrink the image to fit the wall. Zoom is a descending function and to get back to 100% to just keep cycling down until it resets. I believe it goes to 75 then recycles. As you can see from my pictures it also fits a typical camera tripod. Not much to be said about this but will work well for my intended use. About the wifi direct. I couldnt get it to work with any android phones. I tried casting/ mirroring directly and through our home wifi with no luck. I could easily find the unit both ways but could not establish a mirroring. I ended up using a Roku but great success after trying a failed fire stick. Well save that for another review, LOL. I would recommend this unit for anyone that wants to try out a projector. If course I would caution that if youre only means of use is mirroring.
