FireStik SS-204A Adjustable Stainless Steel Vertical Door jamb Mount

Great quality! Worked perfect for my 2005 Ford ranger! I like the fact that the mount is adjustable, great little feature! Great price, for those like me who are too lazy to make there own mount!

Works just as advertised. Drilled some holes to get it to work on My 2020 gladiator but it’s on and not going anywhere. Perfect for inside tailgate of a pickup truck. The bracket is plenty strong but it could def be a little thicker. Still i have no worries at all about it failing but if i get the antenna stuck on a low branch on the trail it might bend. Will update if any bending occurs while off-roading.

I installed the SS-204A on my 06 Jeep Liberty so that I can communicate with others on the trail. The door jamb mount is a good product, however, some redneck engineering was required to make it fit my Liberty due to limited space and curvy sheet metal on the trunk. I ended up having to cut two of the mounting holes off in order to have it fit cleanly. My antenna is just a 3 Firestik FireFly, so I wasnt too concerned about the mount not being secure enough to handle my lightweight set up. I definitely recommend.

Using it on my 2009 Ford F150. Mounted it between the tailgate and the passenger side tail light. Fits perfectly and looks great. Initially ordered a 5 FireStik fiberglass antenna but later learned the mount is only rated for up to a 4 antenna. My fault - didnt read the description. 5 antenna did appear to put excessive flex in the mount at highway speeds. Waiting for a 4 FireStik antenna to arrive.

This this is amazing! I love it. Its mounted on my 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee between the driver side taillight and the body. I used a healthy amount of JB Weld along with the included screws to reduce the load on the screws and its holding up very nicely. I like that its adjustable because when I go into a parking garage I can angle the antenna so its not scraping the ceiling. I installed a 5 Firestik II tunable tip fiberglass antenna and I absolutely love the combination. Its also good looking! I did have to trim away some of the plastic from the taillight to make the taillight fit perfectly but other than that install was a breeze and the included screws are nice and beefy and with the JB Weld this thing should never move
