Its a Fluke, whats not to love!

I love Fluke equipment and the meters manufactured in the US in the 80s were jewels but the crap being pushed out of China (like this one) should never bear the Fluke brand

This Fluke 115 is an entry level model with an ammeter (the 105 has no ammeter). Build quality is good, and the price is reasonable. You can buy a no name Chinese DMM for $15 but it wont have that Fluke name on it. When I was much younger I wanted a Fluke DMM but could not afford one - today, a Made in the USA Fluke is still $500+ and I dont want to buy one just for sentimentality. So this solid, middle-class China made Fluke is a good substitute.

Awesome price, tool truck guy wanted twice the Amazon price for the same meter. Use in an automotive setting. Large, clear display, reads under 10mA which my bosss old Fluke 88 cannot do. Does everything I need for basic automotive repair at a great price. Highly recommend.

Fluke has always been a good brand. I used this product in the military. Nice to have one at home too.
