Freud 34-104: 1/8 Radius Rounding Over Bit, EA, Multi

If you want to retain most of the edge of your boards, then give this 1/16 Freud radius roundover bit a try! I like it, but my wife dislikes sharp edges, so Ill likely use it less than the 1/8 roundover bit, which is my go-to. High quality, works great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This cuts very clean but after less than 40 hours of use the threads that hold the bearing stripped. The bearing fell off, needless to say the cut went deep and ruined the piece. I have to contact Freud for warranty/replacement, one day late for the Amazon return.

My Bosch 1617 loves it. Nice and Sharp.

I started off using cheap Skil brand, then moved onto Bosch, and now that Ive discovered Freud, Im a fully converted loyal customer. These are the best ones Ive ever used. Theyre sharp, they hold their edge, and I get really clean and consistent cuts. Highly recommend this brand.

Cuts hard oak end grain with not a trace of burn. Cuts are clean, fast and smooth. I am a convert and will be buying these in the future.

Very expensive. Good quality. 4 blade design doesn’t seem to improve performance when used with a router table. Extra top cutting blades unnecessary unless router is hand held.
