Greater than one weekAfter the update to iPadOS 16.3.1 the app ceased connecting to the plugs for longer than 15 seconds. This makes it very hard to manually turn devices on/off, and impossible to reset the time the come on automatically. When I tried to report this, the web site came back saying that the app has no support beyond the FAQ. I contacted the company directly, and have not received a response. The company has responded, and refunded my purchase.

Greater than one weekSet up t washis easy and initially worked really great. We have a number of them installed in a weekend home so there is very little usage. Two of the four have now failed. We came back after being away for a month and they no longer would work. You can push the on off button and it will click on for a second and right back off. Recommend you stay away from these!

Greater than one weekThese are not smart plugs,if you cant add a timer/schedule while creating it in a group! I can only add a timer/schedule by its own. Not smart at all! DISAPPOINTED!!

> 3 dayThis product is track. Out of the 2 plugs I got two of them broke down after a single week of use. They dont even work as regular plugs. Absolute trash. Buy any other smart plugs but these ones.

> 3 dayThis plug works perfectly with the Smart Lift app (from the Play Store on Android). Plug it in, wait a few seconds, turn it on, then push and hold the button for a few seconds until it starts blinking. Open the Smart Lift app and itll automatically detect it and register it (assuming you already have the Smart Lift app set up). A few seconds later, a notice will pop up on say something like, Your plug has been registered with Alexa and is ready to use. The entire process took maybe three to five minutes and I was able to control my plug with Alexa voice activation. Well worth the money over many other plugs Ive owned that required a different app to use.

> 3 dayI think Im outside my window for returning: This purchase seemed pretty good- value wise; but now some devices stopped responding, and are making noises that is disturbing us to the point Ive been disconnecting them as they fail one by one.

> 3 dayThe plug was difficult to connect to the app and then after one month it magically went offline and wouldnt work. Just a light but no electricity flows through the plug.
