Got this for a cruise since I didnt want to take a regular garment bag and have to check it. It fit my husbands suit jacket and two dress shirts nicely. If youre a larger/taller person (my husband is 510, medium build), the garment bag may not be quite long or wide enough to fit garments without some slight tucking here and there. It wasnt long enough to put even a short dress in without tucking. It was fairly easy to zip up after the first time fumbling to figure out where to best grip the zippers/bag to get started and there are clips to keep the zippers in place once zipped. The interior bag (with garments in the outer area) was surprisingly roomy. I put in 3 pairs of shoes and stuffed the rest with packing cubes with clothing. The bag itself is a sturdy canvas-feel material and there is a small zippered pocket on each end. I checked this bag on our cruise ship and it arrived at our room in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this for anyone having to check a garment bag when travelling!

I didnt really understand what set this garment bag apart from others, but it seemed like a bag I could use--a garment bag with a little extra room--so I ordered it. What I didnt realize is that this bag is actually magic! Not really, but it sure seems like it. The garment bag part is fine. Its not designed to hold a lot of hanging clothes, but theres plenty of room there to hold a suit or two or several shirts, skirts, pants, or whatever you want to hang, and all thats okay, but thats not the magic part. The magic comes in when youve already put your hanging clothes in there and then start to fold it up. The bottom and wings on the side zip up into the shape and space of a standard satchel. It fits so much in there! This is a garment and overnight bag or gym bag all in one. Why lug around two bags, when you can get everything into one? When you unzip it, it unzips completely flat. Put your stuff on or in a dresser, and hang your garment bag in the closet. I cant get over how great this works. The zippers and fabric are sturdy and expensive looking. I definitely got more than I bargained for, and I expect this to be my favorite weekender for years to come.

A garment bag that turns into a duffle bag? Thats right! This is the greatest thing ever. Were traveling over Christmas. This will allow us to hang our few nice shirts and dresses and then zip it up and use it as a carry-on. The side zippers lock so it wont come unzipped. It has a shoulder strap and handles for easy carrying. Its made well with sturdy seems. No noticeable defects. And it looks nice. It doesnt look cheap. Whoever thought up this is a genius!

I was thrilled to find this garment duffle bag and couldnt wait for it to arrive. It perfectly matches our luggage but is so much better than the cheap garment bag my husband was using to travel for his job each week. Now, he can have it all in one and then simply zip it open and hang it up once the folded items and shoes are removed. Fantastic idea and so glad I got it. Hes excited to test it out this week and liked the idea but was frustrated that he couldnt do more with the hangers. You are limited depending on the style of hanger. You can get a visual for the length of the garment bag portion by the shacket I have laid in the picture. Zippers are shiny silver and work well. Once the garments are in the bag and zipped up, there is an extra hook to latch the two zippered sides together forming the duffel. It is a bit disappointing that the duffel isnt a bit more stiff and able to stand alone in order to fill but its workable. He likes that its all-in-one and he doesnt have to carry the garment bag separately. I appreciate that it will be a great carry on for a flight. Size is good and it will fit the overhead bin and perhaps even under the seat. Definitely recommended if you are a frequent traveler for work or fun, the price is GREAT. This will be a great option instead of checking a bag, or trying to smash everything in a small personal bag.

My previous garment bag/duffle combo had a broken zipper so i replaced it with this one. I probably ran the zipper back and forth more than 30 times when I initially received it since that was my main gripe with my previous one. I love how I can fold this bag away neatly when not in use. The shoulder strap is also a plus.

I feel like I’m cheating the system here; a duffel bag AND a garment bag in one? Jokes aside. Why aren’t all of them designed like this. I like the idea and the product itself feels pretty durable. The material is nice and easy to clean. I’m not sure how the zippers will stay put and locked in place (or maybe they don’t need to be?) but for now it’s practical enough. I love that the color and style is simple yet chic, I don’t need flashy brand names and colorful stuff. I believe I can fit a whole week’s worth of clothing in here if needed. Overall, this is a must try! :)

This is a great idea…garment bag that turns into a duffle-type bag. When opened flat as garment bag it measures 21x38. It held 2 of my husbands jackets (45L). I used wire hangers (the loop is quite small) but actually you don’t need the hangers because after you zip up the garment bag section, the additional clothes you put in as a bag holds the jackets in place. There are lots of pockets and a good amount of room. The zippers that form up the sides of the bag are a little finicky so zip them to form the bag first, then put in clothes. Folds up nice and flat for storage. It is an attractive material

This is a great bag for overnight. It is really well made from quality canvas material. The zippers operate well and dont stick. There are three outside pockets. The whole bag opens up and lies flat so you can put your shirts or suit in flat with no wrinkles. The size is good for carrying and small enough to carry on a plane. It has a nice, padded shoulder strap and a well-made carrying handle. Extremely pleased with this bag.

Im an obsessively light packer and have reviewed multiple different types of carry-on bags, packing cubes, packing folders, and all the packing strategies over the years. This bag is among the most awesome ideas Ive seen. When I initially opened it, it just looked like a garment bag with pockets and zippers - nothing special. THEN I zipped it up and realized what a genius idea it is. Essentially your exterior garments in the garment bag help thicken the base and then they wrap around when zipped to essentially form the walls of the duffel bag. This means you store a ton of clothes and then you have a whole bag to fill up too! What?! GENIUS. In short: awesome bag to fit ALL the things. It definitely appears it could fit under the seat on a plane, but since Id be stuffing it with clothes and things I wouldnt need during the flight, Id pop it overhead anyway. It will very easily fit up there.

So, when I first opened this duffel bag, it looked rather confusing. It just looked so extra! and it felt as it had way too much going on and I honestly didnt even want to use it for my trip, I really wanted to buy something else instead. But then I found another use for it for our vacation, I ended up filling it with food for the trip, like lots of food! Haha, we were going up to the mountains, two adults and two children, for 6 days, and I wanted to try and come a little prepared, especially for my one son who is extremely food picky, and this duffel bag ended up holding SOOOOO much food! It was way larger than I first expected, and it is VERY durable!
