Spent hours debugging generator setup. Traced back to this cable! Not wired correctly. GND on 14-50p plug was connected to Y on L14-30R receptacle The other contacts were wrongly connected. This is very dangerous! Cant believe they could screw up such a simple cable! I hope I didnt damage my transfer switch or other components.

I should have got this years ago. It works great and is very easy to pull apart. I bought both a smaller and a larger one to bring along. Differ manufactures, though. It just so happened our campsite just had 50amp and I use 30 on my Class C.

I use this with a 9500 watt generator to run my shop when Edison kills the power. Not only to power the shop with a walk-in freezer. But my well pump, transfer pump and electric water heater.
