> 3 dayWifi signal stopped working after a power outage I had this morning. Up to that point, it was fine except for the occasional popping sound like when you turn on or off individual outlets. I couldn’t get it to reset no matter what I did. Followed every step in the book and searched online for help. Garbage. Every other device in my house can take a power blip just fine but not this one after only 6 months? I don’t even want the warranty coverage and should have read the reviews before throwing $20 away on this one. I bought a KASA and will see how that goes.

Greater than one weekI got this a few months and just took it out the box , some of the outlets aren’t working at all. Brand new out the box and fail. I wouldn’t recommend it waist of money .

> 3 dayReally like the numbered plugs which display which ones they are on the mobile app.. I enjoy the ease of all the electronics plugged in and how alexa turns them on for me. Although I sometimes have issues with the wifi getting signal even though it tells me there is excellent wifi signal

> 3 dayWeve had a problem with this device flickering off and on. Weve tried it on different outlets, returned one and got another, tried different devices plugged in and it is definitely the device.

> 3 dayThis item works well—when it works. After weeks of back and forth with tech support it was decided that a replacement item would be sent. That was over a month ago. Ive sent over a dozen emails asking a status on the replacement and they do not respond. Avoid this company!

Greater than one weekIt worked great for the time it worked. Ive had for a few months now and now both of them stopped functioning correctly. My timers were off. Theyll turn on and off at random times whenever it feels like it. Although I could still go in the app and turn things on or off manually. It was getting really annoying that it didnt function correctlt anymore. So I tried resetting it and reconnecting it. Could t find it and connect it anymore. So now it just works like a normal basic power strip. And its not just one. Its all of the ones Ive got. They all started not workiny randomly. Not all at once. So Im giving it a three star cause they worked great when they did. But now theyre just basic power strips.

> 3 dayI have been using smart outlets as timers for my aquarium lights. After getting tired of still bending over to unplug equipment I wanted to try a power strip. This one checks all the boxes for me- Strip connects to the Smart Life App without issue. Unit looks good and is styled nicely. Every power outlet on the strip is connected to wifi
