I wish this had the passthrough retention screw to hold this to the AC wall outlet. Im not using it because it tends to pull away from the outlet when unplugging three prong plugs. I may use this temporarily or another day but its unplugged and set aside for now. This did not meet my expectations for a combination convenience and smart outlet with some cords remaining plugged-in for automation. I did setup with Smart Life app on Android. Note: requires phone to be connected to 2.4G WiFi to setup this devices connection for setup. I did not find it on IFTTT web server service. It is compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant and Home Assistant. The Smart Life app mentions compatibility with other services Im not familiar with. The ones i use, Alexa, Google Assistant and Home Assistant show 3 smart plugs with USB for automation. Requires setup to control the smart outlets and USB.

The product did not work. I followed all the instructions and even called my wifi provider but still did not work.

I’m a licensed esthetician and I own a waxing and skincare studio so I purchased this for my wax pot so I don’t have to leave my house as early(I’m not a morning person) lol! It was a little difficult to setup just because I felt like I had to touch my phone to the plug to get it to pair to the app. But once I got it paired I setup a schedule for it to turn on my wax pot every morning 2hrs before work, and my wax is perfectly melted! Love this!!❤️

Will not connect to the internet and no one answer the number for support.

It would appear that the manufacture updated the description after I purchased the device and after someone posted their first review, negatively reflecting my next point. The original description didnt mention that all of the USB ports are controlled together by one button. I still look forward to using this product, and it appears well built and functional. If it performs well over time I will up the stars.

Wasn’t super easy to connect to with my Alexa. Also sent it back for a refund however gave it one more chance and it connected. The schedule timer works great for my Breaded Dragon’s tanks !
