Golden products always do what they are supposed to do. So yes this is a good artists product to do what it is supposed to do.

I’m new to using this product. It definitely slows the drying time of acrylics. I’ve been experimenting a little with scraffito. Since acrylic dries so fast I’ve found if I add a tiny bit of this retarder the scraffito goes easier

Extends the usability of acrylics very well. Stays wet for a long time.

Working under lights just speeds up the drying time of acrylics and I need them to stay wet longer for the detail art I do. This helps extend that time longer especially after you have mixed your color values. I often put a small amount in a small water spray bottle and spray a little over my paint mixtures when they appear to be drying out.

I am a professional artist on Molokai Hawaii so I appreciate that they delivery fairly quickly. I love golden products good quality.
