> 24 hourThe island in our kitchen needed a little TLC; the wood on the sides was somewhat warped, and we need to install some molding on the floors. There were large crevices from the warped wood. I used the GORILLA ALL PURPOSE WOOD FILLER to fill in the large crevices as well as some of the small cracks. It was easy to spread and shape. Once it dried, I painted with the same color as the wood on my kitchen island. It looks great!

> 24 hourIve used a lot of wood fillers over the years, and the usual frustrations for me were that I couldnt easily use them to fill deeper holes and indentations except by time-consuming, repeated applications of thin layers. And, thereafter, the cured filler would absorb moisture from primers or paints, causing the sanded-smooth surface to swell up and bulge out slightly. Happily, neither of those issues was a problem with this filler. I used it to fill knot holes in the planks on my old outdoor deck. I found that the deeper holes could be filled with just two (thick) applications, usually 4 hours apart so long as it was warm and dry out. Then, once sanded, Gorillas formulation didnt absorb moisture but remained exactly as I sanded it to be. I ended up needing two tubs, buying the second after how happy I was with the first. This is a new generation of wood filler and a welcome one at that!

> 24 hourA 19th c marble-topped furniture stand I purchased at auction was in an awful state. There were deep gouges in the front feet and legs and it was missing chunks of wood baluster. This product can be applied in a very thin layer to curved, hard-to-make-it-look-good spots. It can also be used to replace missing chunks like the round on a baluster. After allowing the product to dry or “cure” for 24-hrs, it can be sanded (in a well-ventilated, mask covered face) area with 600 grit paper to a smooth, can’t even notice it, paintable surface. While using a palette knife to apply it can be a bit tricky because of it’s fairly loose consistency, if you’re willing to commit a brush or two to the project, you could find they save time and aggravation. I’ve also grabbed a blob of it with a gloved hand and “molded” it to the foot. While it can’t be used to recreate a leaf or scroll, it’s very useful (due to its ability to conform to a shape) in filling-in a medallion. For this project, I used the “paste” exclusively,

> 24 hourOur back door had a very bad spot because of the rain. Part of the wood had rotted out. It was as easy to use as one would expect, other than the product forming on the door all on its own. This stuff was a great filler and the door is restored.
