Greater than one weekWe got this product for my 12 month old nephew and he loves it. Its easy for him to pull apart (and throw pieces) and stack back together. It stays durable and is easy to wipe off to clean or even run through the dishwasher. The color has stayed on all the pieces so far and it seems to be one of his favorite toys. Its different than the ring stackers, but the pieces are still easy for him to grip and promote tactile learning. Highly recommended for young children!

> 3 dayBought this for a steal on Amazon. They wanted $17.99 at Walgreens. Just introduced this to my girls toy bin and so far it’s a hit (14 months).

Greater than one weekThe product smells very strong like chemicals. I tried washing it several times, I tried letting it air out for weeks. It will not go away. I thought the point of Green Toys was that they would be a safer plastic, I am worried there is something wrong with this recent product.

> 3 dayI purchased the Green Toys submarine, plane, dump truck, and Mickey Mouse stacker. ALL of them have a sweet chemical stink to them. I let them air out for five days then I wiped them down, washed them in the dishwasher twice, hand washed them, and theyve been airing out for the last month and they STILL stink. I emailed the company after all the washes I did and they responded by saying that the recycled products are run on a line next to other items like laundry detergent bottles and, while they never touch those bottles, sometimes the detergent smell leeches into the plastic and itll eventually air out. They then offered a replacement for the toys if I wanted. Im grossed out because Im pretty positive that if a food safe plastic is recycled in a facility that also recycles chemical bottles then the plastic is no longer considered food grade because the plastics can pick up the smells and chemicals that are emitted from the nearby items being recycled. So if shes telling me they picked up dishwasher or laundry detergent scents, then what else are they picking up from those chemicals? So I responded by saying I wanted the replacement. She said shed let me know in a day or so when they shipped out and give me a tracking number. That was three weeks ago and I have emailed her twice since then and been ignored each time. Now Im beyond the return date with Amazon and stuck with these toys that Im not giving to my son. Im leaving this review on every toy that I purchased since it applies to all four of them. I have seen similar reviews on other Green Toys products and theyre all recent, so Im wondering if they changed facilities and thats why they didnt used to have this issue and now suddenly theres a bunch of reviews about the smell

> 3 dayI really like Green Toys. Every product Ive received from them has been nice quality. This is a really cute stacking set. I like that its safe, non toxic and I can put it in the dishwasher when needed. My 20 month old had a lot of fun with this stacking and restacking. I did have an issue with the first two pieces sticking together a bit more than the others, but my toddler seemed to handle it okay once she figured it out. Its a simple toy at a good price that is well made and most importantly; safely made.
