It fits my 5 months old chihuahua. Around 3 4 pounds

My rats chewed a hole in the side within 10 minutes of being in the case. Luckily I was doing a trial run at home so I could easily put them back in their cage.

Bought this for my kids 5 month old Rabbit Pepper for when we have to transport him places like the groomer. Really not a bad thing I can say about the bag. Except… The bottom part does become flimsy with weight or multiple animals but wasn’t a problem for me as I didn’t carry it like a briefcase. I put one hand under for a little support & I was good. I would suggest making your own sturdy insert which shouldn’t be an issue. If you measure the insides & take them to Menards I’m sure they’ll cut you a piece of material that will do.

I bought it mainly to take my guinea pig to the vet for his check up, and it is such a trendy looking carrier! I love it and so does my guinea pig. When he sees it he wants to go in right away
