HABA My Very First Games - First Orchard Cooperative Board Game for 2 Year Olds (Made in Germany)

My 2 year old loves this game, the pieces are the perfect size for her hands and are sturdy wood. She has brought the game to two family parties so far to play with her other 2ish cousins, its so cute to watch her set it up and try to explain things. Weve played it at home too as a family and the game is fun for all 3 of us. Now to break her of cheating.

Nice quality product and the game is simple enough for my 2.5 year old to understand. However, he is terrified of the crow and runs into the other room upset if you roll the crow. Might have to find a more friendly game for him to learn how to play board games.

Purchased this game to have a family game night with my two year and two months old daughter and husband and this was a fun game for all! My daughter absolutely loved playing so much that she kept asking to play one more time and I think we played five times in a row! Pieces are large and easy for her to handle and she can now set up the game herself. Great first game for learning how to take turns, rolling the die, etc! It was a really nice activity to play to wind down for bedtime and I would definitely purchase as a gift for someone else. Very satisfied with this purchase and will look at purchasing other HABA First Games in the future!

I got this for my 18 month old nephew. I removed the smaller pieces like the die, the crow, and the purple and yellow pieces (whatever fit through a toilet paper roll) and I hand him the pieces and he throws them into the basket or box, or he puts them down on the different trees, or he runs over and gives the fruit to mom.

This is a great game for learning colors, shapes. I purchased it for my 23 month old girl and she loves it.

My two year old calls it the raven game. She picked it up quickly and will ask to play again and again. It is great at teaching turn taking and playing with rules.

If you are ready to start family games with your toddler, this game is perfect. Amazing quality pieces. Easy to follow instructions. Everything easily stores in the box. The pieces even have a subtle apple scent to them, which I find amusing. My 2.5 year old loves this and we play daily together. She even plays by herself and has a blast. A must buy!

Suuuuuuper simple game. Too simple for my 3 year old. She had more fun playing with the fruit and sharing it with the raven and all his friends. Not the games fault that my daughter isnt interested in it though. Its beautifully crafted, and it was worth it just to have nice hard wood play fruit that my daughter will play with for a long time. I would give this as a gift for a babys second birthday, though a smart 18 month old could play if they know their colors.
