> 24 hourVery nice 3 piece construction. Lag goes into wall with metric 4 allen key. Flange goes over the lag # 5 Allen key. And the railing support goes over that with a set screw - (that allen key included). You do have to drill the hole straignt and a number 4 allen driver for my cordless drill was helpful. Hope this helps.

> 24 hourGood deal!! The brackes are well made, and I like the stainless color. I bought this to replace my old railing. I didn’t order the steel tubes because I was afraid of my drilling skill. I missed the position when trying to drill into the steel before and it’s a pain. They made the slot on top!!! and it now allows me to have some tolerance when drilling. I didn’t know this until I have the brackets on hand. I’ll buy tubes from them to match the look, and to complete my project. Excellent design!

> 24 hourThe brackets seem to be very durable and of high quality. They also look fantastic! I would compare the finish to more of a brushed nickel. For the installation, do yourself a favor and use the right tools. Directions call for a 3/16 drill for the mounting screw in the wall. The screw has a 4mm hex (allen) on the front for driving the screw. If you try to do this by hand (into a stud) you are gonna be there a long time. I used a 4mm hex bit (not included) connected to drill/impact driver. That thing was working hard but fit is super tight. After the screw is in, spin the bracket on and tighten into position.

> 24 hourEasy to install and they look great. One of those rare products that just looks and feels well made when you open the box. Only suggestion is that only bolts are included for mounting the rail on the bracket. It would be nice if there were a couple matching wood screws included.

> 24 hourVery well designed bracket, excellent finish. Dont forget to use the allen wrench to insert the double threaded posts into the wall.

> 24 hourThis is a great product in a perfect world. Very well mae and high quality metal. The issue is in the design. If you do not spot on drill the first screw with 100% level and plumb then you are SOL. This would be so easy to do in new construction. I would buy this again though without a second thought. Just be aware that a single sure will set all planes in the application

> 24 hourThe hardware is exactly as pictured. Very durable, very attractive. This product was a bear to install, though. It asks you to find a stud and pre-drill a 3/16 hole. No problem, except that the wall bracket screw wont even penetrate drywall, let alone wood, when you use a 3/16 hole. So I predrilled using 1/4 bit. The bracket screw went in easily until about 2/3rds of the way in. After that it stuck in place (i.e., it got jammed in the wood). I attempted to unscrew it, but that just loosens the wall flange. So at the risk of breaking the bracket screw. I just muscled it in over the course of 20 minutes. (I seriously thought I would either break my wrist or break the screw.) This happened on all four brackets. So I am giving this a 4 star because of the quality of the material. But be warned, installation might be problematic!
