Hape Fix It Kids Wooden Tool Box and Accessory Play Set

My 2yo daughter has played with this daily for months. Shes thrilled to have her own tools, and it does double duty as a purse and baby cradle:) Attractive and well made. Its a matter of time before we lose the plastic washers, but I expect the rest to last through our two kids and still have plenty of life left.

Purchased for our 25mth old son since he LOVES to bang everything and wants to screw things. Hes still not quite ready for the full set so we put the nuts, wood and gears away. He still gets a kick out of hammering.

My 2 year old son loves this tool box! Hes happy so mommy is happy :) Its sturdy, simple, and GREAT for learning fine motor skills. Safe also for a kid to play with at about 1 and a half (thats when I got it for him originally ) pieces arent to small and I like that its wooden without the splinters! I 100% recommend this toolbox!!!

Hape makes quality simple products..

The holes on the toy box dont have threading so the screws only function with the bolt on the back which is still a little bit too difficult for our child. The quality is good and the extension kit is great. We will keep it around until she is a bit older and can use the nuts and bolts without frustration.

I got this as a gift for my friends son when he turned 2. She said he carried it to bed with him and loves it. Couldnt ask for more. He loves helping daddy around the house with his own tools.
