21-12-2024I did a ridiculous amount of looking for a new checked bag since Im a frequent traveler and am hard on equipment (I do a mix of travel for my corporate work and for my other life in motorcycle road racing). I dont love hard-sided luggage but needed to go that route for one of my bags this season, and didnt yet have the budget for a heavy-duty professional hard-sided case. I decided on this one because I liked the idea of a zipperless bag, the internal organization looked helpful, and I liked that it had reinforcement at the bag corners.

> 3 dayBeautiful color, durable and feel strong like it can take being tossed around a bit while traveling. It also expands well.

> 3 dayIt looks really nice. I don`t feel like it was worth the price though. the latches are strong they are metal with a plastic cover. I got the 20 inch model. It is small for a 20 inch. I believe it is international carry on size. I drive a semi truck and have taken it on 1 cross county trip already. It did great. Love the fact there is no outside zipper. It makes it very fast and easy to open. 1 concern I do have are the latches. When open they stick up higher than the side. I can see if your not careful hitting them and possibly damaging or bending them. other than that its a great suitcase. Now I do think that it is a bit too expensive. The inside is normal nothing special. The zippers on the inside do feel like good quality. All said and done I like it. would I buy again? Probably not only because of the price and the latch concern. Being in a truck and most of the time in a hurry I can definitely see them getting messed up.

Greater than one weekFollow up to my first review: the seller of this product has very much stepped up and is replacing my luggage. Good PROMPT, customer service. I am very impressed.

Greater than one weekI like the design of this luggage. But, I had a problem with one of the latches. I contacted the seller and they stood behind their product. They rectified the problem immediately, in less than a week. Very polite and efficient.

> 3 dayBEWARE I bought this as a Christmas present for my Moms trip during the Spring. Apparently Airlines only allow 62 Linear Inches for Checked In Luggage. All the way up to Checkin we thought everything was fine because the pictures and descriptions for the 28 claim it is 60.3 Linear Inches. My mom had to pay $200 extra because it was too large! We measured it and it really is 63.5 Linear Inches so BEWARE!
