Been using this for years. I was a bit worried about the apparent re-formulation. Especially after reading some reviews, stating it was like Crisco or it had a chemical smell. It does NOT. It gets absorbed into the skin (at least my skin) shockingly fast. I usually keep applying it til it stops getting absorbed! Performance is great! There is virtually no greasy feel to it at all. Great for the face. I have problems with most sunscreens irritating my face. This is the only product I have used that does not irritate. But the new reef friendly formula looks, feels, smells just like the old formula. Performs the same as well. Being an avid sailor, I have used virtually every brand. I keep coming back to this one. It is just right

I really love the consistency of this sum screen. Its very light and not oilly at all. Smells sweet. I will definitely go out and buy three more just to stock it in my house.

This does not have a heavy 1980 Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen smell. It’s lighter and more modern smelling. It’s nice.

Really like this product. Seems to prevent sunburn in the 30 minutes I sit in the sun. The. coconut smell is wonderful

I purchased this for the beach. I used this 30 spf on myself in parts that tend to burn easier and used 8 spf on the rest of me. I covered my husband (who easily tans) with this 30 spf, and he also used 8 and 15 spf on some parts. However, we both burned in only the places we used the 30 spf. Perhaps our body chemicals just arent the right makeup for this product. But is smells AMAZING!

just what I wanted

Smells alright, yet to be used... will not use. Label on the SPF 30 is off centered, and does not look like the normal SPF 30 labeling/text you get from Hawaiian Tropic online, Walgreens, CVS, etc. It’s missing the typical “Approved by the Skin Cancer Foundation” rectangle on the bottom right. I have other SPF 50,30 and 15 from this brand, and the SPF 30 I got off of this Amazon account is the only one that looks different.

We are really liking this product. Goes on light weight and smells so good. Using it on the kids and myself. Lasts well. Would easily repurchase.
