I love it, the app will allow for 3 separate outcomes.

This is the second smart plug I received. It is hard to get hooked up I still don’t have it working with Alexa.

Having experience with other connected products, this one posed more of a problem than any other. After many failed attempts I gave up and by the next morning discovered it had connected despite saying it had not. Must remain very close to wifi to work, anything more than 20 and its a no go.

This device works well with the HBN or Smart Life App. But when you add the device to Alexa, it comes in with only one outlet/switch. So Alexa can control only 1 outlet. The other 2 outlets dont exist and are unusable with Alexa. I worked with technical support for a week and they were unable to find a way to get it working properly with Alexa.

I have a water fountain and lights connected to the hub work great.

Product arrived on time and package is as it appeared. I found it easy to install app and get it set up. Used it last weekend while out of town and it worked. I came home to plants that were happy. Definitely will purchase more.

I switched to this plug because of the angled shape. It allows me to outlet in multiple devices without interference of the the plugs. The app works perfectly with my smartphone. I only wished that the plug on the outlet was 90 degrees. The one I replaced was 90 degrees. Otherwise it is perfect.

I like that each plug con be controlled separately. I use it with outside lights and with the app I have programmed the lights to come on in the evening and off in the morning. So easy! So easy to connect too.

Now I don’t have to use the remotes for each item. All I say is google turn on/off the Christmas lights!

I got it set up to work with Alexa. I’ve got it running night lights on my back porch and patio. A few times a night they will shut off for only a second and then turns right back on. A bit frustrating but at least they turn back on I guess. Wouldn’t get it if you need something super reliable
