All I can say is WOW!!! This was a birthday present but we waited to order. We knew it wouldnt be here in time for my birthday but we were ok with. Not only did it show up 6 days early, I got it on my birthday which made my husband feel so much better. Im loving the laptop so far and the backpack is a charging backpack!! I guess I missed that when we ordered. Im very happy with the quality, shipping and service. Thank you!!

Good laptop but barely any space, not really worth the price.

I love the backpack and the laptop was nice and small but it would not load for me to the home page had to return it not sure what was wrong tried to reach out to the seller but did receive a response it was packaged very nicely.

It was a little difficult to set up, but other than that, it’s great!

Battery life is excellent, computer is lightweight; some issues with interactive livestream, cant tell if it is connectivity issues or the computer. Overall very pleased with product.

Small and very useful

I love this little laptop. I bought it because I was going back to school online and needed something portable and affordable. This is perfect. Screen clarity is great, easy set-up, runs quickly, very lite and portable. It came with a great laptop bag that carries everything I need. Very affordable on my tight budget. No regrets with this purchase at all.

This is a beautiful laptop. The screen quality is good, and I like the background images of nature that laptops come with. I recommend this laptop, yet I had Internet connection issues, and this is maybe the third or fourth time resetting the PC, and I also tried resetting the network adapter. I had this issue with two other laptops I purchased and had to return them for the same issue. I need it for my last semester for school, and long behold I am having to buy laptops to match applications such as excel, Honorlock and such. It was too much of a burden... Update FEB 2022: After all the troubleshooting I discovered it was the IP configuration. It was strange because when I had originally turned on the computer and began creating an account, it connected to the wifi just fine, then it just stopped. I had a difficult time trying to input the IP configuration from the laptop I already have. I still recommend the laptop. Thanks. Revelation 21 / John 3:16
