I received a totally empty plastic shipping envelope. What else can I say.

HP has recently changed to regionalized cartridges. Once you put one of these new regionalized cartridges into the machine all your old cartridges will no longer work. HP will not replace your old cartridges nor will they compensate you for the partially used cartridges in your machine. I would think long and hard about purchasing any HP product as they might change again.

Works as advertised

Picture says it comes in a package, but it was just the plain cartridge which indicates its not new, but remanufactured. When I loaded this up in the printer, the printer didnt recognize it and displayed an error message saying this product was not intended to be used in my printer. I have an hp officejet pro 8620 which takes the 950/951 ink.

You cant go wrong using HP inks. The problem with them is the cost; they are too darn expensive. And the printer will refuse to print even though there is sufficient ink in the cartridge when you get low. All designed to get you to buy more sooner. Ive switched to Costco refills with no problems. I still like their printers. If costs are a consideration, dont buy HP printers or inks.

When I put this in I get an error that there is an issue with the printing system and need to restart or contact HP. When i remove it and put the hold 951 back in, it works, but its out of ink. Then I reinsert this 951XL and get the same errors. Seems this doesnt work in my printer and return window was closed. Lost $120 trying these.
