Exactly what I needed and at a great price.

so I went to utilize this. I have ordered HP ink for years and had this printer for years but this is the first cartridge ever that is reflecting its incompatible. The extracted cartridget that was utilized is HP 951XL....CN048A - product of Malaysia. HP Ink Cartridge. It has the words OfficeJet on it.....Only difference between this used version and the new one that is incompatible is that the new cartridge did not have officejet on it...just HP 951 XL. And it was CN048AN instead of just an a at the end. It was made in china, and it has a Z10 codee that reflects it is for use only in US and Canada...which I am in the US so no idea what this isnt working for me. See picture - left is the one that worked; right is the one that is incompatible???

When I put this in I get an error that there is an issue with the printing system and need to restart or contact HP. When i remove it and put the hold 951 back in, it works, but its out of ink. Then I reinsert this 951XL and get the same errors. restart doesnt work. and powering down and unplugging doesnt work. tried to contact HP and get a bunch of ads on my phone then I get disconnected. Seems this doesnt work in my printer and return window was closed. Lost $120 trying these.
