Wondering if these are legit cartridges. Printer doesnt recognize them. Strange packaging.

These cartridges also disabled my HP Officejet 8600 Pro Plus. Spent hours on the phone with their tech support. They are sorry, but the code written to Regionalization Reset my printer does not work. Would I like to buy a new printer head for $120? No? Would I like to buy a new printer and subscribe to automatic cartridge replacement? HP would need my credit card number to make life more convenient for me. No thanks.
