> 3 dayI am pleased in general with this device. Windows 10 is taking some time to get used to. I own an older I-Mac and have an office desktop running Windows 8. I am having difficulty connecting to either of my printers (an older HP Deskjet, and a brand new Xerox) I am still working with tech support to solve the problem. I do not use this device for playing games.

Greater than one weekWe purchased the laptop in June by July it stopped working. Amazon would not help. Replace or repair and would not let use return it. Amazon stated HP had a year manufacture warranty. When we reached out to HP the laptop was out of warranty date. Buy beware!

Greater than one weekI will never buy electronics from third party vendors with Amazon. If the product was not what you were looking for and you have to return, they will charge you a re-stocking fee. What a ripoff! I received this laptop and opened it. The screen was too small and it felt so lightweight. I knew I wanted to return. The packaging wasnt exactly place back in box like it came, but no items were missing. That should not equate to charging people $100 to re package when the laptop costs $500 bucks. That is 20% of the price. I am so glad that Amazon was nice enough to refund me the $100. I honestly felt ripped off. I spend thousands of dollars on Amazon, so this was an item that just didnt work out, but to charge me $100 for a return. Really?! Never again.

> 3 dayIt is an older style, hence the price. I discovered the warranty was expired already after I got it-new so so was glad I purchased the Assurion protection, but I haven’t had problems with it so far.
