NO FINGERPRINT READER. VERY FAST GOOD COMPUTER NO LAGGING. BACKSPACE KEY HARD TO GET USED TO AND BACKLIT KEYBOARD GOES OUT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE MAYBE DUE TO POWER SAVING FEATURES. Had it for 2 years now and no issues. I don’t save anything on this computer, I save everything to the cloud. I also don’t download demanding computer programs into it. Just necessary and safe programs from school. To add, I never go on shady websites, only main stream ones. Take care of your computer and it will take care of you!

Battery won’t last more than 1.5 hours, and the processor is so slow that the laptops starts hanging when you’re doing some work

I use this for both personal and work related matter and it has been great so far! Light weight, but sturdy. I love that the keyboard lights up when you use it in the dark!

We have several laptops and tablets in our household, but this is my first convertible.

I love this laptop!! Great value, very fast, and is very easy to set up. As a teacher, I am using it for distance learning. I love the touchscreen. After my MacBook decided to quit on me I was in the market for an affordable but sturdy laptop. This has exceeded my expectations! It took a little bit to get used to Windows again but it wasnt rocket science, thank God.

Going strong

I gave it a 3 star for gaming because I do not use it for that purpose. If you are expecting to use it as an iPad for reading a newspaper I do not like it. But it is fast, operates smoothly, and is worth every cent!
