> 3 dayLike some others, Ive had multiple heat presses. I have a small portable press, and also had a 15x15 swing away which I then upgraded to a very nice (and expensive) 16x20 swing away press. I was pressing garden flags and door mats and preferred the larger size. My issue with the 16x20 was the amount of time it took to heat up when I was just pressing smaller items. I took a chance and order this item, knowing that I had the benefit of Amazon returns AND I purchased the service assurance protection. But so far, Im loving it! Ive pressed fabric, ceramic ornaments, Unisub boards, MDF rounds and ornaments, metal wind spinners, PU journals, acrylic rounds, and Im sure there are many other things I have forgotten to mention. Ive had consistently good results with all of these items! This has made is so much easier for me to knock out smaller orders in minutes!

> 3 dayI’m so glad I purchased this heat press! It’s very sleek and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It’s very easy to use and cuts down my production time. I just place my item, push the tray in, and press the button and I’m done. Definitely recommend purchasing this heat press!

> 3 dayI love the look of this heat press, it’s sleek and professional looking, not clunky like the others and it worked wonderfully…until it didn’t. I use it mostly for sublimation and when I scheduled a big craft fair for the summer I started making all of my products early to be prepared, the more I used it the more problems I’ve had. Sometimes it won’t heat up to the temperature it needs to be at, one time it was heated but I couldn’t get the press to decline, I tried resetting with no success, recently it was reading a lower temperature but yet melting all of my stuff. I contacted the brand who then informed me that they don’t even have a record of my purchase (they did say they would try to help me anyways but demanded videos of the problem which is never the same problem over again) I sent them what I could and haven’t heard anything back and am now stuck with purchasing another press in order to keep my business moving. So. Just be prepared and know that it works great for a handful of items at a time but I don’t think it’s meant for bulk items (unless it’s just mine that’s a dud lol)

> 3 dayHave only use once to make sure it worked properly. Wife is using it for home crafting. But seems well built. Has a automatic press function for multiple projects
